Are you a freight broker?
Talvex Haulage provides dispatch and administrative support to carriers under a written agreement, with the carrier directing each load decision. We do not sell loads or act as the carrier of record.
Agreements & Approvals
Who decides whether to accept a load?
The carrier makes the final decision. Talvex presents information and coordinates only after receiving approval and authorization.
Can you work with a new authority?
Potentially, after we verify operating status, insurance, equipment, readiness, and fit with our service capacity.

What documents are needed?
Requirements depend on the carrier and scope. Common items may include company and contact details, authority identifiers, a W-9, an insurance certificate, and an executed agreement.
